Keza AI is the platform: one conversational, multi-agent system that plans ceremonies, manages guests and payments, books vendors, and (through Ndolo) advises on relationships, across 22 African countries. It's built and operated by Fosia Ltd, registered in Rwanda (RDB TIN 122245701), from Kigali. The product started life inside SHEREHE, the original event-marketplace brand: sherehe.io stays live as the platform's operating domain during that transition, while every new product, every piece of marketing, and the canonical brand now ship as kezaai.com.
A Rwandan Gusaba, a Nigerian Owambe, a Kenyan Ruracio and a South African Lobola are not the same event with different decorations: they run on different family structures, different negotiation rituals, different vocabulary. Most event software treats "wedding" as one template with a language switch. Keza AI treats each ceremony as its own domain, because getting an inkwano negotiation or a Lobola wrong isn't a UX bug: it's a failure to see the family in front of you.

Organisers pay per event, not a subscription, unless they run enough events that a subscription is cheaper. Vendors pay nothing to list. The real alternative most people are using today is a WhatsApp group and a shared Excel sheet. Keza AI is what that setup becomes when an AI actually understands the ceremony.
Vendor marketplace bookings never carry a commission: vendors keep 100% of what they charge. Crowdfunding ("cagnotte") contribution pools carry a separate, small platform fee (1.5% on Pro-tier events, 1% on Agency) to cover Mobile Money and card processing. The two are unrelated line items.
Footprint Across 22 Countries
Coverage means dedicated ceremony names, dowry terms, taboos and slang per country. Not a language toggle on generic content.
